How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

Orders are typically processed and packed within 2-3 days, they are then shipped after. Shipping times vary based on the destination (average of 10-15 business days). In rare cases shipping can take an extra 2-3 days.

NORMAL SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
After an order is placed it is normally shipped within 1-3 business days after being processed and packed, it then takes 10-15 business days after to get to you.
Our shipping process:
We use a two legged shipping method which takes 10-15 business days after an order is placed and packed.
From there, you should be able to monitor the movements with the tracking number USPS will be providing after updating your shipment in their system. That's why you see the "Pre-Shipment in TX or NY" status for a few days. The entire process is usually completed within a 10-15 days period.
At this point your order is on its way, and waiting for USPS to update your tracking number in their system.
Please give it the amount of days mentioned for tracking to show movement.

After an order is placed it is normally shipped within 1-3 business days after being processed and packed, it then takes 10-20 business days after to get to you.
Our shipping process:
We use a two legged shipping method which takes 10-15 business days after an order is placed and packed.
You should be able to monitor the movements with the tracking number HERE.
The entire process is usually completed within a 10-20 days period.

Our shipping fee is based on $4.99, and it will be free over $59.

Remote region:

At this point your order is on its way, and waiting for your respective postal provider to update your tracking number in their system.
Please give it the amount of days mentioned for tracking to show movement. 

Tracking an Order 

You will receive an email with a tracking code for your use in tracking the whereabouts of your package. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing the order. We are unable to reroute a shipment after it is sent out. We are not responsible for incomplete deliveries due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer. 

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following:

• Check your mailbox or ask your front office first
• A pickup notice might be left by the courier if you are not available upon delivery
• Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address
• Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery

Packages through standard shipping does not require a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. If you suspect your package lost or stolen in transit, please file a claim with the courier. In the case that your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation and redeliver the package to the correct address.
