How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

Please note that the parcel will start to update the logistics information after it arrives at the local area and completes the customs clearance procedure, so please don't worry about the situation that the logistics is not updated, the parcel is in normal transportation.
Tracking an Order
You will receive an email with a tracking code for your use in tracking the whereabouts of your package. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing the order. We are unable to reroute a shipment after it is sent out. We are not responsible for incomplete deliveries due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer.

- Why hasn’t my tracking link updated?
Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order. Tracking links don’t always get updated daily, links can take some times to update. If it hasn’t updated, don’t worry, your package is still on its way to you!
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following:
- Check your mailbox or ask your front office first
- A pickup notice might be left by the courier if you are not available upon delivery
- Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address
- Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery
Packages through standard shipping does not require a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. If you suspect your package lost or stolen in transit, please file a claim with the courier. In the case that your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation and redeliver the package to the correct address.
